Yusri

Yusri is a passionate educator and researcher. He has worked as a program analyst in Yayasan Indonesia Mengabdi (YIM) since 2017. YIM is a non-governmental organization focusing on designing and implementing child protection and education programmes. In 2015, together with his colleagues, he founded a storytelling community service organization called “AksiKita” (focusing on sharing positive values with children by using storytelling methods). His action project is focused on implementing a child marriage prevention programme by increasing awareness of children about the law and the negative impacts of early marriage. Yusri dug in about child protection programmes locally in Aotearoa and internationally through INSPIRASI.
