About
Diana, lives in Sumba as a researcher while continuing to develop her weaving skills. She is interested in social sciences, literature, culture, and gender equality. Active in volunteer activities with several communities in Sumba. Currently, Diana works at the Oxford University Clinical Research Unit (OUCRU) - Indonesia. Diana spends her spare time drawing illustrations for Sumbanese children's books in local contexts; providing gender literacy in several youth groups and the general public; and share with young people about how to write literature. In 2016, Diana Timoria published a collection of short stories entitled "Untitled". In 2021 released a music and poetry album entitled "Perempuan Sabana" which is a collaboration with Eda Citra and Ringo Records Medan. In 2022 published a book entitled "Tada Ai and Women Who Greet Plants" as part of the INPIRASI program.
